Primarily inspired by a meme Later to Be Seen, here's an update.
awesome weekend! Spent Some Time the analucas s, which was awesome. We Went on friday night out to the people's pub of ballard. a very nice place. Even people There Were There. the next day the Treat me to dinner and we Went out for some "iced cream" and m & ms. and foster's home for imaginary friends. a very good cartoon. They Even Have A Who is hispanohabalante character. than good. But
entre friday and saturday night, i Spent Some Time at a beer festival. in FACT i vulunteered to pour beer for over three hours. It Was tons of fun. i shared Responsibilities of two taps with a very nice guy Who Taught me a bit about beerfests in general. Especially about how to abuse the sstem. more on that momentarily. we manned two widmere taps - the w'07 pale ale and their drop top amber ale. both beers are pretty good. i prefer the pale ale. it has more substance to it - a more complex flavor. the amber is very good, as well - very crisp. (while i was there i picked up the bullshit lingo on describing beer.)
anyway, the suckers who paid to get in received 6 wooden drink tokens and a 5 oz plastic cup for the beer sampling. and it was our responsibility as pourers to receive their tokens first, place them in the appropriate jar, and then supply the consumer with beer. well, that only happened about half the time. between the other guy and i we prolly snagged about 10 extras. i only grabbed four myself. however, my token count was augmented wk with your ankles behind your ears That Would A Few bells ring.
